Show description
Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) and Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) are detectives working for the Miami police department. Burnett is married with three kids while Lowrey is a fun-loving bachelor. When $100 million worth of heroin is stolen from the police vault, the two men are assigned the task of apprehending the criminals. They find that an ex-cop Eddie is involved. The drug kingpin Fouchet (Tcheky Karyo) kills Eddie and Julie (Tea Leoni) becomes a witness to the crime. Julie insists on testifying only to Lowrey and as he is out of contact, Burnett pretends to be Lowrey and vice versa when Lowrey returns. Will the duo be able to convince Julie to tell them the truth?
