This series is set in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh and follows the story of Runjhun (Nivedita Tiwari) who is an orphan who lives with her maternal grandmother, three uncles, their wives and children. She is treated like an unpaid servant who runs errands for one and all; helps in the kitchen and assists her uncles in their business. Despite all the hard work she does, Runjhun is treated in a mean fashion by the family members. Runjhun does her best to remain cheerful through it all. Watch the series
