ACP Abhay Rathod (Sunil Shetty) is blissfully happy with his wife (Priyanka Chopra) and son Chirag (Parth Dave). Shekhar (Ajay Devgan) is an old time criminal who was sent to jail by ACP Rathod when he was a mere Inspector. Shekhar kidnaps Chirag as part of his job and takes him to various race courses as he knows that the kid is fond of racing. He does not even bother to ask for a ransom nor does he bother to return the child. What are Shekhar's intentions?
