Anthony is a thief who is very funny and is always on the look out to steal something. Because of this habit, he keeps falling into one adventure or the other. Lovely Singh is a policeman who always catches Anthony red-handed. Just like Tom and Jerry, Lovely and Anthony are forever chasing each other, but Anthony manages to escape because of his clever disguises.
