Krishna (Salim Ghouse) is a special branch inspector who is assigned the task of catching Raghav (Nagarjuna), a notorious hit-man who goes under many aliases. Raghav works for JP Sethi (Danny Denzongpa). The mayor (Akash Khurana) takes special interest in this case only to be murdered for his efforts. Political pressure mounts of Sethi to turn Raghav in. He manages to fob it off by getting one of his other men to take the blame for the assassination of the mayor. Krishna is furious when he finds out that his sister Bhavna (Urmila Matondkar) is in love with Shekhar who is actually Raghav. Watch the film to see whether Krishna manages to trap Raghav or not.
