Kaalkeshwar Singh (Amrish Puri) is fed up with fellow gangster Albert (Deepak Shirke) who wants more than his share of the profits. In a confrontation, Albert threatens Kaalkeshwar at gunpoint. But, out of the blue, Arjun (Sunil Shetty), a stranger, intervenes and Albert gets killed. Out of sheer gratitude, Kaalkeshwar invites Arjun to his estate in the country. Kaalkeshwar has a young wife, Monica (Monica Bedi) and he is very possessive about her. What will happen when he finds out that Arjun is having an affair with Monica?
