Suman (Aarti Gupta) lives with her father Thakur Ranvir Singh (Pradeep Kumar) and a maiden aunt, Damyanti in a palatial house in Mumbai. They are the direct descendants of Raja Hariman Singh of Bijapur who ruled 200 years ago. When Suman falls in love with Sanjay (Mohnish Bahl), her father forbids her from marrying him. He tells her that the entire family is ruled by a curse inflicted by a blood-thirsty, flesh-eating demon called Samri (Ajay Agarwal). The curse is on the womenfolk - they are hideously transformed after giving birth to their first child and then die a painful death. Suman and Sanjay along with a couple of friends go to Bijapur to get to the truth and end the rumour. But soon they realise that they have bitten off more than they can chew when Samri is resurrected - totally indestructible this time round.
