FBI agent Jack Crawford (Jason Statham) is devastated when his partner Tom (Terry Chen) and his family are killed by the elusive assassin Rogue (Jet Li). Jack becomes obsessed with revenge. Then finally Rogue resurfaces when he sets off a veritable war between mob rivals Chang (John Lone) and Shiro (Ryo Ishibashi).
