Inside the Actors Studio (ITAS)

James Lipton interviews some of the most talented actors, directors and writers from the world of movies, who talk about their childhood, how they chose to enter show business as a career, stories of their early career with anecdotes and trivia. The interview concludes with a standardized questionnaire that includes such questions as "What is your favorite word?" and "If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive?" The show ends with Lipton and the interviewee moving to a classroom where the M.F.A. students drill the celebrity with questions directly.
