Anaconda: The Hunt for the Bull Killer

Since the beginning of the last century, a reward has been put up for the longest anaconda in the world. $50,000 beckons to the person who delivers a live anaconda measuring more than 30 feet to the Bronx Zoo. There have been many reported sightings of monstrous giant anacondas that purportedly even damage houses or attack police stations. Historical accounts by renowned scientists frequently lie in the region of 30 feet and longer, and more recent estimates also approach this length. And indeed, there is no reason why an anaconda shouldn't reach 30 feet or more, providing it is given enough time to grow. Nevertheless, so far nobody has taken the Bronx Zoo up on its challenge. Using cutting edge technology, a team of experts and an interdisciplinary approach, this program sets out in search of the world's longest anaconda.
