Angaara

Sagar (Mithun Chakraborty) is a simple young man, he lives with his mother, Saraswati(Farida Jalal), a college-going brother, Vishal( Kamal Sadanah), and a school-going sister, Chutki(Baby Vijaya). Sagar’s father had left them years ago and no one knows where he is. Sagar steals money and jewelery from Dhaniram Koilewala, and Pascal an illicit liquor supplier, in different disguises. Dhaniram and Pascal perplexed and irritated ask a gangster, Honda Dada, to help them. Honda sets two of his men Chotu and Jackie, to work. They find out that the person who has been pulling these tricks is an older male with a mustache. Then Sagar meets Om Prakash who tells him that his father is still alive, and he would be willing to take him along to meet his father. Sagar hates his father, but decides to accompany Om Prakash. Sagar will soon figure out that Om has a disguised motive, will it be too late by then? Also the life of his family members, will be in a soup, especially when the criminal Honda and his men find out Sagar’s identity
