Sita (Bhanupriya) comes from a middle class family. She lives with her retired grandfather Ramdas. On the other hand Prakash is the son of a wealthy family, whose only job is to spend his father’s money on girls and parties. One day Sita happens to slap Prakash which is watched by his father Ghyanshyamdas. He reaches Sita’s house and keeps a marriage proposal of his son with Sita in front of her grandfather, who happily agrees to it. She is married to Prakash and relocates to his house. There she finds that Prakash’s mom and his married sister are not happy with this marriage and always try to harass her. Her only support in the house is Amar (Govinda) her brother in law. After Ghyanshyamdas passes away things become worse. The whole family except Amar burns Sita to ashes. After few months Prakash come across a very beautiful and wealthy lady Kamini who resembles Shanti. Prakash tries his luck in the business by investing a huge amount in Kamini’s company. As well as Prakash desires to marry her. But soon he is left penniless by the game played by Kamini and his secretary Nakadram. Who is this Kamini? Is she Shanti who is taking revenge from Prakash?
