Ganga Tere Desh Mein

Police Inspector Ajay (Raj Babbar) lives with his widowed mother. Ajay has been given the responsibility of bringing to law the notorious bandit Cobra, who is alleged with mass murders all over the country. Ajay succeeds in arresting Cobra, and puts him behind the bars. Later on he finds out that Cobra is an insane person, and needs to be institutionalized. Thereafter, Ajay awaits Cobra's treatment so that he can proceed with his investigations. One day Ajay’s colleague dies after consuming the food which was prepared by Ajay’s mother. His mother was relieved to find out that Ajay is safe but seems to be more concerned about Cobra, whom she had sent the same food. Ajay gets the shock of his life when he finds out that his mother has been sending food to a senile criminal. Now he is determined to find out the truth.
