Ajay Chauhan (Ajay Devgan) is an unemployed graduate who lives with his mother, father and a sister. He reaches Bombay to appear for an interview. He gets appointed. Before he can share this news with his family, he is arrested in a rape case. A woman named Pratika Jetley reports to the police that he had brutally raped three young women in a college campus. Ajay relentlessly denies the charges but is put behind the bars. When he returns back from the jail, he finds that his father has committed suicide and no one knows where his mother and sister had gone. Ajay then set to find out the truth behind the charges against him.
