Madam X

Sonu (Rekha) is a poor girl who lives with her sister, brother and a widowed aunt. She makes her living by sharpening knives. One day Police Inspector Vijay offers her job with monthly salary of Rs. 10,000/-. The job was to impersonate an underworld don Madam X who was currently under his secret custody. Sonu agrees and learns every habit of Madam X, English and proper etiquette. She enters Madam X’s gang but no one suspects her, except Madam X’s assistant Jhaka who is later on killed by Sonu. But, things take worse shape when real Madam X escapes and abducts Sonu’s brother and sister. And the most deadly part is Vijay comes to know that Madam X is not one person, but two different people Madam and X. What happens then?
