Sudhir (Ashmit Patel) and Simran (Mallika Sherawat) are happy couple settled in Bangkok Sudhir, engrossed in business and achieving his goals, ends up unintentionally ignoring his beautiful wife. In a foreign land Simran gets terribly bored and longs for company. With the passage of time, Sudhir gets so busy with business that he fails to pay any attention to his wife, and for Simran, boredom sets in as she tries to while away the long lonely hours. By chance she meets an old flame (Emraan Hashmi). What begins purely as friendship ends up in a passionate relationship as they become emotionally and physically involved. Soon infatuation becomes an obsession and Sudhir discovers Simran's extra-marital affair. At this point, Sudhir decides to confront Sunny but this meeting might lead them into deeper trouble
