Yeshwant

Inspector Yeshwant (Nana Patekar) an honest police officer lives a happy life with a loving wife, Ragini (Madhoo). He traps a drug-dealer but due to this his boss Chopra (Mohan Joshi) who is the shadowy figure behind all these murky deals, gets panicky and frames Yeshwant in a murder case. Yeshwant is jailed and Ragini takes up a job in the police department and slowly begins to uncover the truth behind Yeshwant’s imprisonment. An old friend, Atul (Atul Agnihotri) comes back into her life and she takes his help. When Chopra realizes that she is getting very close to the facts, he creates a story about her relationship with Atul. In the meanwhile Yeshwant is released from the jail. How does he react to this news and will he ever come to know the truth of Chopra?
