    Omni Consumer Products (OCP) are keen on creating Delta City to replace the rotting city of Detroit. But the people living in that area are not interested in abandoning their homes for the sake of the company. OCP employs a ruthless mercenary to forcibly evict the inhabitants from their homes. That's when an underground resistance is set off. Watch the film to see where Robocop's (Robert Burke) loyalties lie.
