    In the distant future, mankind has left ravaged Earth (Terra) to colonize other planets for survival, but with their lives dictated by supercomputers. Young Jomy discovers his true identity as a Mu and uses his superhuman powers to free his race and return to Terra. In the distant future, Earth (Terra) is no longer able to sustain life due to the rapid development of human civilization. Mankind leaves Terra behind and begins the colonization of other planets for survival. A new unified government called the Superior Domination is formed and the lives of humans are now dictated by supercomputers. Living on planet Ataraxia, Jomy must go through the Awakening exam to be considered an adult where if he passes, his memory will be erased and he will begin life as an adult dictated by the supercomputers. However, Jomy's mind becomes filled with his dreams at the exam and is rescued by Soldier Blue, a man from his dreams. Jomy then discovers that he is a Mu, a member of a superhuman race possessing psychic powers, hidden from humans for fear of discrimination and destruction. Unlocking his hidden powers, Jomy finds himself entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Mu race back to Terra where they can lead normal lives.
