Ricky (Emraan Hashmi) is a womanizing photographer. He is famous for getting something more from his models except photos. Raj (Dino Morea) is a successful businessman. He is married to Sheena (Udita Goswami), but desperately wants to get out of his marriage. When he hears of Ricky, he hires him to seduce Sheena, so that he can easily get divorce from her. But, he is unaware that she's one of Ricky's past crushes. Ricky is introduced to Sheena on her birthday party. Things begin to work according to Raj, but other than his plan Raj has something else on his mind regarding Sheena and Ricky.
